SHIPPING
Orders are generally shipped out within 1-2 business days after placing order. Warehouse hours are Monday – Friday 9am-5pm(eastern). Shipping notifications are sent via email after package is shipped with tracking if available. Transit days are Monday – Friday with the exception of holidays. UPS packages are not delivered on weekends. USPS may deliver on Saturdays.

Gift Cards are FREE SHIPPING. Shipped with USPS First Class. Estimated 2-3 days delivery time.
Stickers & Pins are $1.25 flat rate. Shipped with USPS First Class Envelope. Estimated 2-3 days delivery time.
UPS Ground – 1-6 Business days transit time. Tracking service included. View UPS Ground Transit Time Map for estimated delivery days after ship date.
UPS 3 Day Select – 3 Day delivery after ship date. Tracking service included.
UPS 2nd Day Air – 2 Day delivery after ship date. Tracking service included.
UPS Next Day Air - Delivered next business day after ship date. Deliveries occur by 10:30 am, 12:00 noon, or end of day depending on destination. Tracking service included.

DUTY & VAT TAXES (CUSTOMS FEES) – These fees are not included in the shipping price of your order. These fees are calculated at the destination and must be paid upon delivery. Depending on your country, different fees will apply to certain items.

Return Policy
Purchased items are determined Un-returnable if worn and washed, tags have been removed, or have sustained damage by the customer. If you need to return or exchange a part or all of your purchase from Johnny Cupcakes Clothing, you may return or exchange the item(s) within 15 days of the purchase. Be sure to return the item(s) you wish to return or exchange to the return Johnny Cupcakes address. Include your receipt, a note describing the problem, your contact info, and the method of exchange. For your contact info, include your name, address, phone # and e-mail. This information will allow us to contact you, if necessary regarding the return. Your returned item(s) may be exchanged for an exchange, refund, or credit towards another Johnny Cupcakes purchase.
